Looking for a free home workout program?

Now that your gym has closed, how are you maintaining or even building lean muscle?

And what if you have no equipment at your home to perform any resistance training?

With spring and summer around the corner, I am sure you are trying to find new ways to stay fit and healthy while being asked to stay at home.

Sure, you can probably go for a walk or run, but your muscles require resistance training to retain their strength and shape. After a week or two without training, you could begin to see a decrease in mass.

But, I’ve come to the rescue. It’s time to get creative.

I’ve designed a full body workout that you can use at home (or anywhere) that only uses your bodyweight for resistance. No equipment is needed (except for maybe a grocery bag filled with books or other types of household items).

Over the past two years, I backpacked around the world nonstop. One of my goals was to try to build lean muscle while on the road. Of course finding a gym or fitness facility in remote places like Bangladesh or Vanuatu or Papua New Guinea proved to be a huge challenge.

So, I had to design my own workout for each body part using my own body weight. I was able to build lean muscle mass while traveling the world without stepping foot into a gym.
